  1. Move with the Rhythm 4:   Optimum Timing

Circadian rhythms change your body’s metabolic landscape over the day, and there are more (or less) ideal times for specific types of activities.

  2. Lunar Cycle 1:   Moon Tides

Recently, I had an unusually disrupted, disorganised day. With one thing after another going a bit sideways, I thought “What the hell is going on today? I wonder if it’s a full moon”.

  3. The Rhythm Diet

Forget the Five-Bite Diet, the Hollywood Diet, the Grapefruit Diet and the Starvation Diet … If you want a healthy body weight, just follow the Rhythm Diet!
I call it the ‘rhythm diet’ because it’s about eating in synch with your body’s natural cycles.

  4. for everything, there is a Season

We all recognize that wonderful rise in energy as spring rolls in after a cloudy, cosy winter on the couch. Where there was little desire to get out and about, we suddenly have a new ‘spring’ in our step, and the urge to be more active.
Interestingly, our ‘winter retreat’ is due to more than just cold weather.

  5. Are you an Early Bird or a Night Owl?

All over the world, we keep our digital clocks synchronized, and set our morning alarms to suit work and school start times. But if you let your body run on natural time, would it choose these waking and bedtime hours?
The average person’s circadian cycle (body clock) runs at slightly over 24 hours, and resynchronizes daily with environmental triggers.

  6. Going with the Flow

Your life and body functions operate in rhythms & cycles which are aligned with nature's own rhythms.True harmony can be found when you align your life to flow with these natural cycles.
Our Earth turns on its axis daily, orbits the sun annually, and is orbited by the moon monthly.
