    Move or stagnate. It’s that simple.
    Just as a ‘rolling stone gathers no moss’, moving your body all through the day, and in lots of different ways, is the key to feeling good, sleeping well, and keeping your physical health & mental faculties well into old age.

    As explored in Lunar Cycle 1: Moon Tides, we all experience the moon’s influence on our physiology, behaviour and mood, whether we see it or not, but having an awareness of shifting lunar dynamics enables us to ride these waves to best effect.

    We all recognize that wonderful rise in energy as spring rolls in after a cloudy, cosy winter on the couch. Where there was little desire to get out and about, we suddenly have a new ‘spring’ in our step, and the urge to be more active.
    Interestingly, our ‘winter retreat’ is due to more than just cold weather.

    Your life and body functions operate in rhythms & cycles which are aligned with nature's own rhythms.True harmony can be found when you align your life to flow with these natural cycles.
    Our Earth turns on its axis daily, orbits the sun annually, and is orbited by the moon monthly.
