  1. Lunar Cycle 1:   Moon Tides

    Recently, I had an unusually disrupted, disorganised day. With one thing after another going a bit sideways, I thought “What the hell is going on today? I wonder if it’s a full moon”.

    We all recognize that wonderful rise in energy as spring rolls in after a cloudy, cosy winter on the couch. Where there was little desire to get out and about, we suddenly have a new ‘spring’ in our step, and the urge to be more active.
    Interestingly, our ‘winter retreat’ is due to more than just cold weather.

  3. Seeing the Light

    One of the best things you can do for yourself is to step outside for a few minutes each morning, as soon as you wake up, to greet the day and ‘see the light’.

  4. Going with the Flow

    Your life and body functions operate in rhythms & cycles which are aligned with nature's own rhythms.True harmony can be found when you align your life to flow with these natural cycles.
    Our Earth turns on its axis daily, orbits the sun annually, and is orbited by the moon monthly.
