The Best Approach for You ? _________________________________
Visit the Services page for a practical description of each of the different types of sessions available. The information there will tell you what we do in each session, the time allowed, and the session fee, and will help you decide what kind of work will best suit your needs. If you’re particularly looking for support through natural medicine, such as herbs or nutrients, then a simple consult & counseling session would probably be most appropriate. This session allows an hour to discuss your issue/s and determine the best course of treatment for you. Alternately, you may like to have a combined counseling plus energy healing session, which allows time to explore the most appropriate treatments, followed by energy work to support the healing process.

Herbal Medicine is a powerful, but gentle, way to medicate the body, and restore physical and energetic balance.
Herbal remedies and Teas are produced from whole plant material. This allows the synergistic physical & vibrational relationships between individual herb components to remain active, and gives herbal medicines the ability to balance illness patterns more safely, when used appropriately. Being plant material, herbal medicine can also provide nutritional support, the most common physical culprit when disease patterns manifest.
This holistic quality of a herbal remedy makes it preferable over pharmaceutical medicine, in many cases. Pharmaceuticals are made by isolating single chemical components, reproducing them synthetically and attempting to affect a change in one particular part or process within the body. This can often create unbalancing effects in other parts of the body (side-effects). I’m not denying the effectiveness of many pharmaceuticals, but if I have a gentler, more holistic, option that is just as effective, I’d choose that first.
Holistic medicine, as much as possible, looks at the ‘whole’ of a thing. That means, the whole person (with all your layers), or the whole food (unprocessed), or the whole herb, and so on. In my opinion, the holistic approach is the best way to achieve balance, well-being and true joy.
Herbal remedies are generally natural and free of synthetic chemicals, but you mustn't underestimate them. They are very powerful and concentrated medicines and can also have unwanted, or unexpected, effects if used inappropriately for the biochemical patterns present within your body, or without consideration of other medicines you may be taking. Always take advice from a qualified herbalist before treating yourself medicinally with herbs.
How are herbs prescribed?
* Liquid Extracts, taken in drop doses over a 3 to 12 week period * Herbal Ointments (which may also include relevant vibrational essences) for external use * Occasionally, a herbal rinse, or eyewash, may be prescribed * Dietary use of herbs, as a herbal tea or food, can sometimes be the most appropriate form of administration * Dried herbs, in tablet or capsule form, are occasionally prescribed
Note ... Your Herbal Mixtures and Creams are one-off blends tailor-made specifically to your individual needs.
