'Stock' & 'Dose' bottles

A Dose bottle is a diluted form of the essence.  This bottle is made up from a stock bottle.  It is used as a 'one-off' treatment and is generally taken regularly, over a period of time, until the bottle is finished.

A Stock bottle contains a more concentrated form of the essence.  This bottle is made up from the original 'mother tincture'.  From this concentrated bottle, many diluted dose bottles can be made up for repeated use of the essence.  You can keep a stock bottle in your 'medicine cupboard' for many, many years, and make up a dose for yourself whenever you feel the need.

* If you don't have your own dosing bottle with a dropper, I have included an option below for you to purchase an empty 25ml dropper dosing bottle along with your Garnet Essence stock bottle.

You can also purchase this essence in a Cream, for external use.  Apply it locally to areas of illness and injury for added support, and it will be absorbed through the skin directly into the affected tissues, bringing its healing vibrational patterns through body fluids to the areas which need it.

How to use Garnet Essence

You can take a single dose, or several consecutive doses, at times when you intuitively feel you need its support.  This is especially useful when you feel a need for grounding, stability or clarity in a particular situation.
As an ongoing remedy, you can take a regular dose, first thing in the morning and last thing at night, over a 2-3 week period (until the dose bottle is finished).  Regular dosing over several weeks helps create more permanent shifts in your energy and bring about changes in your physical, mental or emotional state.
For more long-term issues, ingrained attitudes, limiting beliefs and habit patterns, or for chronic illness and low energy, it is best to repeat the 2-3 week course every few months over the long-term (as long as you continue to feel a need for it).  Each course encourages further changes in your energy, ‘peeling the layers’, after allowing time to integrate the previous energy shift into your daily life.

Generally, essences are best taken by placing a few drops directly under the tongue.  You can also place a few drops into a glass of water (or into your water bottle) and sip regularly through the day, if you need more urgent continuous support.
Essences are not ‘chemically’ active, in the way that herbal medicines or nutritional supplements are. They operate on the vibrational level, so exact dosing is not essential.  There is no risk of ‘over-dosing’, but large doses are not necessary.

Essences work best when used regularly over time, encouraging the body to gently and gradually change patterns of imbalance, to integrate a more harmonious state, first at the suric level and then into the physical body.  (As described above, a single dose can also be taken whenever you feel the need.)

Please be aware that a small amount of alcohol is included as a natural preservative, to prevent any bacterial growth in the water, and this may be a concern if you completely abstain from alcohol.

About the Inner Child’s Garden Self-Healing Journey

This meditation is a journey within to commune with your inner child and learn what this vulnerable inner aspect of yourself most needs in order to heal and become joyous.   It is also a pathway by which you can access and re-program your subconscious mind.
The inner child represents the deep inner parts of your consciousness, that carry the patterns and memories of your childhood emotional experiences.
A child lacks the emotional maturity to process the unbalancing effects of the things that he or she experiences.  To cope with these, the child evolves mental programs and patterns of behaviour, which serve as shields and safety nets, providing it with a sense of safety and stability when the world feels unsafe and unloving.  However, in your life as an adult, these patterns, programs and suppressed emotions, are usually no longer relevant or supportive to your life.   In most cases, they create fear and limitation, bringing up challenges within relationships and inhibiting your joyous progress through life.

The Inner Child's Garden meditation creates a framework for self-healing, helping you forgive and heal past hurts, grief, guilt or fears that are blocking your growth and to discover (and begin to change) any self-limiting beliefs, stuck patterns, outmoded programs and habitual behaviours which no longer serve you.

A Self Healing Tool
This CD is a tool that can be used by anyone who is prepared to be objective about their present state so that they can allow themselves to intuitively hear and accept their inner needs honestly.   Once a concern or issue has been identified, the listener needs simply to follow the steps through the self-healing session as guided.
The degree of benefit is equal to the degree that the listener chooses to engage with the process.   The CD allows for the fact that we are all different, with different needs and different levels of readiness to dig down into the hidden parts of ourselves.   If the listener prefers to keep it superficial, he or she will benefit superficially.   If there is a preparedness to go to the deeper, more confronting places, the benefit and release will be much greater.   There will be some level of benefit either way.
